And yes, you want to lose fat and do it quickly — but you don’t want to lose what is called fat free mass.

Scientists think of the body as consisting of two different types of tissue…

There is fat tissue. And there is what is called fat free mass.

Fat-free mass consists of the weight of your skin, your liver, your heart, your brain, all of your organs…

Including your blood and everything else — except for the fat.

What you want to do when you are trying to lose weight is lose fat.

The trouble is that most diets make you lose fat free mass, and often as you age, it is very hard to ever get that back.

And that’s why I say…

There’s a great deal of difference between losing fat for good and losing fat for a few weeks…

And my new unconventional method is working for me and for other men because it doesn’t follow the lies being pushed by the so-called health gurus of the world…

…where they tell you to eat toxic seed oils loaded with PUFAs and they tell you to limit calories as much as you can.

The idea that losing fat is about just cutting calories is completely wrong.

The magic of this is through something that is called uncoupling.

Uncoupling is where energy production results in mostly heat, carbon dioxide, and water vapor.

Your body still burns a ton of food energy, but it doesn’t turn into fat. It turns most of it into heat, carbon dioxide, and water vapor.

And I’ve found a natural way to trigger uncoupling in the body, so men can lose fat without losing fat-free mass…
