I discovered a long time ago that beta sitosterol is NO good for men.
Beta sitosterol is actually a type of “phyto-estrogen”…
Which means that this stuff goes into a man’s body and starts turning a man’s precious testosterone into too much feminine estrogen…
And when men get too much estrogen, it starts affecting how he does his business in the bedroom, if you know what I mean…
