The survival rate is higher for people that have more muscle…

…dramatically higher for people that have more muscle!

And it’s interesting because this may account for the so-called obesity paradox

The obesity paradox is how study, after study, after study, shows that people who are fat often live longer and are healthier than thin people.

And I think the reason is because people who are fat have a lot more muscle…

Yes, they have a lot more fat, but they have a lot more muscle.

What counts is how much muscle you have…
