…discovering what it is that these men are doing differently than other men to live such long, healthy and happy lives…
For instance, look at this man playing basketball — is he 80? 90? 100?
The better question is: is he eating the 1 food?
I’ve discovered 1 food that men living to 110 and 120 are all eating to stay healthy, active, and virile into old age.
And they aren’t exercising, they don’t have extraordinary genes, and they rarely see the doctor…
The only thing these men have in common is this 1 food — and I think it’s the key to living to 120 with great health and function as a man…
